Everything You Need
to Know.
Everything you need to know for a seamless journey through the heart of Europe. If your question isn't answered here, we are always just an email away.
Before You Arrive.
Luxury is the absence of stress. All tours begin directly in your hotel lobby or at your doorstep. Your guide will meet you there, so your experience starts the moment you step outside.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with your guide's direct mobile number and his/her photo. The guide will be in your lobby five minutes before the start, ready to greet you.
Prague is a city of all seasons, and a little rain only adds to its romantic atmosphere. We proceed in all weather. We can easily adjust the route to spend more time in beautiful indoor spaces—like historic libraries or cozy cafes—until the sky clears.
On the Day.
Absolutely. We never mix groups. The day belongs entirely to you, your family, or your friends, allowing for 100% focus on your interests and pace.
Prague's historic center is best explored on foot, but we adapt to you. Whether you prefer a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll with frequent stops for coffee and views, we calibrate the pace to your energy level.
Yes. Our guides are experts at tailoring stories to engage younger travelers. We trade dry academic lectures for "educational adventures" that keep the whole family captivated.
Our guides don't just speak English; they command it. You will be paired with a local intellectual who understands nuance, humor, and the cultural context that makes a conversation truly engaging.
The Practicalities.
Comfort is key. Prague's historic cobblestones are beautiful but can be uneven. We highly recommend comfortable, supportive walking shoes. Layered clothing is also advised, as the temperature can shift between the city streets and the Castle hill.
To ensure maximum flexibility, our prices cover the expertise of your private guide. Entrance fees and meals are paid as you go. This way, you only pay for what you actually choose to experience, keeping the itinerary fluid.
Prague is a very card-friendly city. Almost all shops, restaurants, and monuments accept major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). Your guide will advise you if a small amount of local cash is needed for a specific "hidden gem."
In the Czech Republic, tipping is a gesture of appreciation for excellent service. If you feel your guide has made your day exceptional, a gratuity of 10-15% is customary and greatly appreciated, though entirely at your discretion.
Our Promise to You.
We offer a full 100% refund for any cancellation made latest 3 days before your tour begins. We believe in total transparency and flexibility, so you can book your stay with absolute peace of mind.
